Something you may not know is that computer scientists have to deal with all sorts of trees - the most common often being the so-called binary tree (although you might argue that these actually look a bit different from real nature!). Taking the meaning of each word component literally, though, creates a tree that non-computer scientists will recognize as such and yet will delight the hearts of nerds at the same time.

One of these trees can be found on the Binary Tree Mug. And for those of you not fluent in binary, the code of the tree crown says: "In computer science, a binary tree is a tree data structure. This binary tree is just a joke :)".
