How often is there a new box with new content?
The Lootbox appears every month: you can always order the current themes until the end of the month and the corresponding box will then be sent out the following month.
When will the Lootbox be sent out?
The Lootbox is always shipped in the month following the order.
We always ship in several batches between the 8th and 15th of the month or the next working day (Mon. - Fri.). You should therefore receive your delivery a few days after the 15th at the latest, usually even earlier!
What is the Lootbox upgrade?
If you order the upgrade, you will receive 1-3 additional items worth at least €30! These items are always on a specific topic that is announced in advance.
You can order the upgrade directly with your Lootbox or add or cancel a subscription in your customer account at any time - regardless of the Lootbox.
Is there a T-shirt in every box?
There is a T-shirt in almost every box: once a year, however, we bring out a box without a T-shirt. Instead, there are of course more cool other items. We usually do this in the August box.
If I take out a subscription: When and how can I cancel?
First things first: there are no fixed terms!
You can cancel any subscription with us at the end of any month: You will then no longer receive a box the following month. You can easily cancel your subscription online in your customer account with just a few clicks.
Or you can send an informal e-mail to support@getdigital.de with your name and the desired termination date.
As you can see, we really aren't trying any nasty tricks, you can get out at any time and without any problems.
Is there a risk of having duplicate items if you buy several loot boxes?
The content of the box changes every month, but within a month all boxes have (almost) the same content.
Of course, we guarantee that no box will contain an item that has already been in a loot box in previous months.
Can I also order a Lootbox from abroad?
Within the EU you can simply order as normal. If your country cannot be selected at the checkout, please contact us at support@getdigital.de and we will change it.
Outside the EU shipping is unfortunately not possible: the customs declaration for the boxes is not feasible.
Can I specify a Packstation as my address?
As the boxes are sent with DHL, this is not a problem in 99% of cases. However, it can happen that a box is very large: we therefore cannot guarantee 100% that the delivery will always work.
As I live near you, I would be happy to collect the items.
Please understand that in order to be able to set the price as low as possible, we have to keep the amount of work as low as possible.
For this purpose, we have service providers who do some of the packing or shipping for us. This means that we cannot pick out individual parcels from the crowd and set them aside for collection.
What happens if I move before the box is shipped?
Please send an e-mail to support@getdigital.de and we will change the address for you.
What if I don't like individual items in the Lootbox?
The Lootbox is a Surprise box. We have put them together in such a way that there is something for everyone who is interested in fantasy, science fiction, superheroes, comics, computer games, series, cinema or other pop culture topics. But you never know exactly what it is - that's part of the product.
You can of course cancel the box up to 14 days after receiving your first box and return it in its entirety, but you cannot return individual items in it.
And what about defective items?
If there are any problems, e.g. if a gadget has a defect, please send us an e-mail to support@getdigital.de.
You will then receive an immediate reply from us and also a replacement!
What happens if I order a Lootbox and other items in the store?
Then you will receive two deliveries: The additional items will be delivered immediately and the Lootbox next month. Unfortunately, we can't do it any other way due to the processes in our warehouse: The boxes are all packed together and adding individual items would make the process much more inefficient and therefore more expensive.
Where can I find the administration of my subscription?
When you take out a subscription, you will receive an e-mail with a direct link to the administration.
If you can no longer find the email, you can also simply use the link in your customer account: Click on "Register" in the navigation bar of our store if you already have an account. If you don't have an account, create one using the same link: Simply use the same e-mail address to create the account as when you placed your subscription order.
